For me personally I prefer to buy birds from a source which have good knowledge about the species that I want. This is because, normally they will able to provide better quality of birds for me and I also will have peace of mind when I bring the birds back.

Prospective buyer may also be able to locate dealers by themself and purchase hand fed baby birds directly. Whichever method you prefer, it is proven that hand fed baby birds make better and more loveable pets than wild birds that have been caught.
